You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GIS GmbH, Hohe-Flum-Strasse 44, D-79650 Schopfheim, phone: +49 7622 677 30, e-mail: mail@gis-gmbh.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

• 1 Return period 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
You must return or hand over the goods to us (GIS GmbH, Hohe-Flum-Strasse 44, D-79650 Schopfheim) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive for the return.

• 2 No right of return 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

• In the case of damaged items (with the exception of transport damage)
• If the original packaging is not present
• If accessories are missing
  
  

• 3 Refund value 

Provided the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply: 

Full refund at the purchase price

• Item is in unopened, undamaged original packaging.

 Reduction depending on the condition of the item

• The item has been opened or used

 Individual examination

• 4 Return shipping costs 

The postage costs for the return of items are generally borne by the sender. In the following cases, the return costs will be borne by GIS:

• In the event of receipt of an item other than that ordered
• In the event of incorrect information in the online shop
• In the event of receipt of an item that was not ordered
• In the event of receipt of an incomplete product 
  
  

• 5 Repayment 

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and less the conditions mentioned in point 3, without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
